Front-end Developer (Vue.js)

We are expanding our Tech team with Front-end Developers based at our head office in Malta!

Fast Track is growing its development team at a rapid pace! We are currently looking for high-performance individuals who enjoy working with front-end development. We are big fans of vue.js which is our front-end framework. 

As a Front-End Developer at Fast Track, you will play an important role in developing complex, logical components that push the boundaries of what front-end technology can achieve. You’ll establish layout frameworks to create a cohesive and visually engaging interface across our platform, ensuring a seamless user experience. Additionally, you’ll enhance reliability by implementing thorough testing procedures, including component-level testing, to keep our interfaces robust, responsive, and ready for anything.

As a front-end developer at Fast Track you will be focused on:

• Engineering Complex Components: Dive into logical, complex component development, pushing the boundaries of what front-end can achieve.
• Creating Consistent Layout Frameworks: Develop frameworks that guarantee a cohesive and visually appealing interface across our platform.
• Implementing Front-End Testing: Ensure reliability by implementing testing procedures, including component-level testing, to keep our interfaces robust and responsive.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in front-end development and experience with one or multiple front-end frameworks (Vue.js / React / Angular / Node)
• Attentive to detail and taking great pride in your work, you care what the end user thinks of what you have done
• Passionate and consistently reads and collaborates with others to stay up to date with the latest best practices
• Relevant education/series of hobby projects to showcase your skills will be considered a plus
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude who works well within a fast-paced environment
• Team player, bringing energy and positivity to our awesome team!

Development at Fast Track

Microservice architecture with a RabbitMQ fuelled queue system. To further digitalise our development efforts and free up time, we have built internal build servers and monitoring tools to maintain scalability.
