We are expanding our Experience Team team with a Head of Integration based onsite at our head office in Malta!
As Head of Integration your primary goal is to ensure the successful onboarding and launch of all new partners and brands. You will lead a team of technical integration managers who may individually manage as many as 10 or more integrations simultaneously.
You will be accountable for the strategy to achieve and scale with this goal, including the process and principles, tools and platforms, and implementation.
Fast Track is a high-touch integration that replaces all other marketing tech used by the partner. Fast Track is more than a tech stack, it is a new way of working, new operational processes and often other organisational structures that change with it. This is why it is key that the Head of Integration is an effective leader and has a proven track record of being successful in driving teams and solving problems. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to identify and capture key project deliverables, how to effectively scope a project, how to deliver a process that scales, and how to ensure all project stakeholders are engaged at all times.
Core Functions: As Head of Integrations your primary goal is to ensure the successful onboarding and launch of all new partners and brands.
- Own partner onboarding: Complete ownership of all processes and activities in the partner onboarding journey
- Time to Value: Constantly review the demands and deliverables required to execute a flawless partner onboarding experience at scale, driving value to every partner sooner
- Point of Escalation: Integration Managers will turn to you when they get stuck. You are a natural problem-solver, and talented at both navigating and providing clarity and direction in tricky situations.
- Leadership: You lead by example, you do not just build the strategy, you know the job. You implement structure and processes and you make your team truly successful, to deliver consistent, quality results.
As the Head of Integration at Fast Track your main responsibilities will include:
Senior leadership and decision-making authority, as well as the day-to-day escalation point for all team activities and challenges.
Ensure that all new partners are live on the platform within 90 days.
Owner of all new integrations best practices and processes across the team.
Manage and coach the integrations team. Creating a strong team culture and high performance, conducting regular 1-1s and team meetings, ensuring decisions, plans and goals are shared, and that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Accountable for and champion of the process and execution of all integrations, to the required strategic targets.
Lead by example, taking a hands-on approach with clients and demonstrating best-in-class operational effectiveness and client communication while also developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners and alliances, to ensure the integration process runs smoothly and efficiently.
In collaboration with peers and relevant teams, routinely participate in setting integration targets and forecasts in line with company objectives, and build strategies to deliver these.
Drive continuous improvement of integration processes. Focus on streamlining and automating where possible.
Maintain and build documentation of all integration processes, best practices, and ensure that documentation is kept up-to-date and easily accessible.
Pay particular attention to creating engaging integration experiences for any new partner, embedding appropriate culture, tactics and techniques to enhance the experience.
Actively collaborates with all FT teams to improve the integration process and increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Uses knowledge and experience to mentor and coach colleagues and team mates.
Engage in continuous self-improvement through training and development in product and relevant interpersonal skills
Job requirements
- Proven track record of leading integration teams, strategies and achieving targets.
Experience with a range of technologies, including APIs and cloud services. (ex. REST APIs, Queues, AWS).
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate by phone, in person or written, with various customers and management levels.
Shows initiative and acts independently to resolve problems.
Demonstrated high levels of accuracy with excellent time management and organisational skills.
Experience in customer relationships with the confidence and presence to successfully facilitate solutions and/or resolution of conflict.
Experience in the development of operational teams.
Experience leading and coaching teams, setting personal targets and performance management.
Strong project management skills, with experience delivering complex integration projects on time.
Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions to optimise integration processes and strategies.
An innate drive for continuous improvement, both personal and professional.
An in-built love of technology.
A clear, yet empathetic and honest approach to people and relationships.
A lateral thinker who loves finding, and solving problems.
Overall iGaming industry experience, preferably in B2B and B2C Skills/Behaviours would be a major advantage.
