Now is the perfect time for an experienced Integration Manager to join our team onsite at our Malta Head office!
As an Integration Manager at Fast Track, you are going to be leading and managing the entire partner onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration of our products. As an Integration Manager, you will be working closely with our Partner Management and Technical Integration teams to ensure we exceed partner expectations in providing a smooth and timely delivery. Handling both the project management aspects, and leading the team through the integration process, while dealing with the technical implementation using our internal tooling and coordinating with our development resources.

As an Integration Manager at Fast Track, you will be focused on delivering:
End-to-End Delivery of Integrations
- Be accountable for the full lifecycle of partner integrations, managing both internal and external stakeholders throughout the process.
- Build, maintain, and communicate individual integration/project plans.
- Manage multiple projects at various stages of delivery.
Risk Management and Escalation
- Identify and escalate risks or abnormal requirements to the team early in the onboarding process to ensure timely mitigation.
Collaboration and Communication
- Plan and prioritize custom partner deliverables with the Production team.
- Establish transparent, trustful relationships with both partners and internal teams.
- Facilitate and run internal or partner workshops and ideation sessions.
Process and Tool Development
- Contribute to the overall development and improvement of tools and system design for the integrations team via the roadmap.
- Document and enhance processes related to integrations.
Operational Prioritization
- Participate in operational prioritization meetings, ensuring your partners’ needs receive appropriate attention.
Opportunity Identification
- Identify and take advantage of opportunities with new or existing partners.
- Contribute to the technical delivery of integrations while maintaining a partner-centric, solution-oriented approach.
Ownership and Problem Solving
- Maintain a positive, solution-driven attitude, always owning integration-related issues and ensuring resolution.
Job requirements
Have experience in platform Integrations or project management in an IT service delivery, SaaS or iGaming industry with a proven track record of successful project completion
Must be fluent in both verbal and written English, along with the ability to deliver engaging presentations
Technically astute with database skills (SQL) and familiarity with cloud-based solutions (AWS, VPC, VPN) and basic Kubernetes usage knowledge
Possess a partner-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple and often conflicting priorities
Ability to communicate at all levels from the “C-level” team to technical and operational staff
Always aspires to exceed partner expectations
Strives to continuously improve and develop themselves as well as processes and procedures
Have a high sense of ownership and be proud of your work
