Integration Manager - Chinese Speaking (Mandarin)

We are set on finding a passionate Mandarin-speaking Integration Manager to join our team onsite at our Malta Head office!

As an Integration Manager working on platform integrations at Fast Track, you are going to be leading and managing the entire partner onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration of our products. As an Integration Manager, you will be working closely with our Partner Management and Technical Integration teams to ensure we exceed partner expectations in providing a smooth and timely delivery. Handling both the project management aspects, and leading the team through the integration process, while dealing with some of the technical implementation using our internal tooling and coordinating with our development resources.

As an Integration Manager at Fast Track you will:

• Be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of partner integrations and the management of internal and external stakeholders throughout the process

• Build, maintain and communicate individual integration/project plans

• Maintain multiple projects at various stages of their delivery lifecycle

• Identify and escalate risks/abnormal requirements to the wider team as early in the onboarding process as possible for mitigation

• Plan and prioritise custom partner deliverables with the Production team

• Establish transparent, trustful relationships with the partners and internal teams

• Facilitate and run internal or partner workshops and ideation sessions

• Contribute to the overall development and improvement of tools or system design for the integrations team via the roadmap

• Participate in operational prioritisation meetings, ensuring your partners have appropriate focus

• Document and enhance processes around topics related to integrations

• Identify and take advantage of opportunities with new or existing partners

• Contribute to the technical delivery of an integration

• At all times retain a partner-centric, positive attitude to problem solving and never shy away from owning an issue especially related to an integration

• Have 3-5 years of project management experience in an IT service delivery, SaaS or iGaming industry with a proven track record of successful project completion

• Must be fluent in both verbal and written English as well as Chinese (Mandarin)

• Fluency in other languages such as Cantonese or Hokkien would be a bonus

• Technically astute with database skills (SQL) and familiarity with cloud-based solutions (AWS, VPC, VPN) and other associated technologies

• Possess a partner-focused mindset

• Ability to manage multiple and often conflicting priorities

• Ability to communicate at all levels from the “C-level” team to technical and operational staff

• Fluency in written and spoken English and the ability to deliver compelling presentations - Additional languages would be an asset
