We are set on finding a passionate Product Expert to join our team onsite at our head office in Malta!


The Product Expert will be passionate about the product (Fast Track CRM), continuously seeking opportunities to deepen their knowledge. They will provide expert guidance and training through various mediums, ensuring partners are effectively onboarded and supported throughout their journey with the platform.


In this role, the Product Expert will be pivotal in driving the adoption of Fast Track CRM, among both new and existing users (internal and external). With extensive knowledge of the platform, they will influence end-user behaviour and highlight the product’s value and benefits, maximising its impact.

As a Product Expert at Fast Track you will be focused on:

Training & Competency Building:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs through video content, LMS, online sessions, and in-person workshops. Focus on boosting platform confidence, introducing new functionalities, reducing friction points, and helping partners achieve their goals.

  • Ensure partners and internal teams experience a seamless and high-quality onboarding process with Fast Track CRM.

  • Provide comprehensive support to partners and internal teams for all adoption-related needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to lead by example and maximise platform adoption.


Documentation & Resource Management:

  • Develop, refine, and continuously evaluate training strategies and materials based on feedback and effectiveness.

  • Maintain an up-to-date, comprehensive library of training resources and materials, ensuring all documentation is accurate, current, and easily accessible to both partners and internal teams.

  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure new features are effectively communicated and integrated into training materials.


Support & Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Empower internal teams by actively participating in partner meetings and discussions, offering in-depth product expertise and strategic insights to drive successful outcomes.

  • Collaborate closely with Partner Managers to ensure successful implementation with partners.

  • Serve as the primary resource for product-related inquiries.

  • Foster and facilitate knowledge sharing across departments to promote best practices.


User Research & Product Improvement:

  • Conduct thorough research to understand user motivations, needs, environments, and pain points, including reasons for not utilising certain features.

  • Offer insights into product development based on customer feedback and usage patterns.

  • Collaborate with the product team during development to represent and advocate for the end-user's perspectives.

  • Develop and utilise metrics to measure the success of adoption initiatives and drive ongoing improvements.


Advocacy & Relationship Building:

  • Actively participate in partner events and conferences to promote Fast Track CRM, build strong relationships, and evangelise the product.

  • Transform satisfied partners into enthusiastic promoters of Fast Track CRM.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience delivering technical product training to internal and external stakeholders

  • Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, or Mandarin is highly advantageous

  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills

  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely

  • Effective in both collaborative and independent work environments

  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

  • Quick learner, especially with new technologies

  • Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to detail

  • Tech-savvy with a deep understanding of modern technology trends and a curiosity for emerging technological developments

  • Ability to analyse and visualise complex data effectively

  • Experience in creating video training content

  • Strong interpersonal skills for building stakeholder relationships

  • Proactive and self-motivated, capable of using initiative to drive projects forward

  • Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, able to adjust strategies based on evolving needs and feedback.
