Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Support to join our team contribute to the growth of our business and help us revolutionise the iGaming industry.
As a Sales Support for Fast Track CRM, your core responsibility is to drive business growth and revenue generation by capitalising on new opportunities in the market. A significant aspect of your role involves converting inbound leads into qualified leads. This requires prompt and efficient handling of incoming inquiries, demonstrating a deep understanding of Fast Track CRM's products and services, and actively engaging with potential clients to identify their specific needs and pain points. By effectively qualifying leads, you ensure that the sales team focuses their efforts on the most promising prospects, thus optimising their productivity and maximising sales outcomes.
In addition, to lead conversion, your role involves streamlining the lead outreach process to minimise response times. You'll be working closely with the sales teams to develop efficient lead management systems and automation tools, ensuring that each lead is promptly followed up with and nurtured through the sales funnel. Reducing the time to reach out to each lead enhances the chances of converting prospects into satisfied customers.
You also understand the importance of delivering a truly personalised experience to each inbound lead. This means tailoring your approach based on the lead's specific needs, preferences, and pain points. You'll demonstrate exceptional communication skills, active listening, and empathy to build a genuine connection with potential clients. By providing a personalised experience, you establish trust and credibility.
As a Sales Support at Fast Track, you will:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation
Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic product information
Help in managing and updating the CRM database with customer data
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and sales-related documentation
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales processes
Coordinate with sales representatives to schedule meetings and appointments
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout their journey
Monitor and track sales leads and follow up on potential opportunities
Assist in organising sales events, webinars, and conferences
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams to develop lead management systems and automation tools
Optimise lead outreach process to minimise response times and increase conversion rates
Deliver a personalised experience to each inbound lead, tailoring the approach based on their specific needs and preferences
At times, represent Fast Track CRM at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and conversions to the management team.
Job requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships
- Knowledge of CRM software and tools, as well as lead management and automation systems
- Effective time management and organisation skills to deal with clashing priorities
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with standard office software, such as GSuite, and experience with CRM software platforms
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to analyse complex situations, identify solutions, and make data-driven decisions
- Team Player: Capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and contributing to the organization's overall success
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment while remaining flexible and open to changes
- Communication: Proficiency in spoken and written English and any other languages will be seen as an asset.
- Customer-Centric: A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting client relationships.
