Join our Business Development Team (Also known as a Solutions Consultant) onsite in Malta (EU) and help us sell our SaaS products and revolutionise the iGaming industry. 

This role exists as a front-line ambassador of Fast Track, to new and prospective partners. Using excellent relationship and interpersonal skills, and industry and technology experience, the Solutions Consultant reporting to our CEO deeply understands each partner’s specific needs, converting these into personalised, easy-to-understand technology partnership solutions. Its vision is to maximise new deal conversions by building excitement and commitment to working with Fast Track, simultaneously minimising barriers to agreement.

Core functions of the role:

  1. Own the deal - ultimate accountability for each new deal from qualified lead through to live partner
  2. Relationship building - using strong relationship skills to build contacts and sales networks across the industry
  3. Solutions consultancy - Apply tried and tested discovery and customer awareness techniques to build exciting partner solutions
  4. Commercial negotiation - Use commercial strengths to drive deals that turn into long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships


As Solutions Consultant at Fast Track you will:

  • Be accountable for and champion of all required sales activities for each owned deal from qualified lead to signed contract
  • Be a key stakeholder and influencer of sales lead and reactivation funnels
  • Use exceptional EQ, self-awareness and sales techniques to increase conversion rates from qualified leads to signed contract
  • Analyse current technologies and operational processes used by the partner, to determine ways to optimise and automate through an FT implementation
  • Use excellent relationship, interpersonal and consulting skills to understand both the human and business context of each prospective partner
  • Collaborating closely with all relevant technical and operational teams, create detailed proposed solutions and commercial offerings to fit each new partner’s needs
  • Actively communicate and keep all stakeholders engaged and updated throughout the sales process
  • Routinely set sales targets and forecasts in line with company objectives, and build strategies to deliver these
  • Regularly attend networking and industry events relevant to increasing new business opportunities
  • Ensure solutions are not only fit for the specific purpose but also closely align with FT technology standards and guidelines
  • Engage in continuous self-improvement through training and development in product and relevant interpersonal skills
  • Actively collaborate with all FT teams to improve processes and increase productivity
  • Use knowledge and experience to mentor and coach colleagues and teammates

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 3 of experience in a software sales or similar role.
  • Must be fluent in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
  • Fluency in other languages such as Cantonese or Hokkien would be a bonus.
  • iGaming (Online Caninos and/or sports betting) industry experience, preferably in B2B would be a huge advantage!
  • Proven track record of building sales strategies and achieving targets.
  • Expert knowledge and a proven track record in designing and selling customer solutions, particularly within the iGaming, Technology and SaaS markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate by video call, phone, in person or writing, with various customers and management levels.
  • Shows initiative and acts independently to resolve problems.
  • Demonstrated high levels of accuracy with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience in customer relationships with the confidence and presence to successfully facilitate discussions and advise customers.
  • Experience in the development of product, commercial and financial plans (business cases) and present back accordingly.
  • Tech-savvy - you have the necessary technical skill and experience needed to perform the role. You are well-informed about modern technology, have a curiosity and understanding to stay agile, and are open to new technological and disruptive developments and advancements.
