We are looking for passionate Technical Support professionals to scale up our Experience Team!


As a Technical Support, you will assist our partners with technical problems when using our platform but also with using our internal tools to setup/modify new environments of FT CRM Platform. Technical Support responsibilities include resolving queries and recommending solutions. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator with great technical knowledge and a problem solver by heart.


As a Technical Support at Fast Track you will be:

  • Be the main point of contact for debugging Partner related and platform technical issues.

  • Assist other departments with their queries, by closely cooperating with Partner Success, Integration and development teams.

  • Analyse and escalate reported issues internally to relevant departments.

  • Maintain, review and improve internal procedures and processes.

  • Perform investigation of partner integration issues and create and improve documentation when we are solving problems.

  • Proactively follow up on Partner's/ Partner Manager's queries.

  • Keeping yourself updated around new features in the platform with a deep understanding of how they work to be able to support technical and non-technical end-users.

  • Setting up new and modifying existing environments.

  • Building custom segmentation models.

  • Ensure all tasks are performed in line with the current procedures and within internal SLAs.

  • Contribute to team effort by meeting team and company KPIs.

  • Constantly update yourself about industry trends, internal policies, and procedures.

  • Problem-solving and providing solutions on a daily basis.

Job requirements

  • Have a minimum of 1-3 years experience in Software Support roles or equivalent.

  • Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs, and build strong, positive relationships with Fast Track’s partners.

  • Tech-savvy - You have the necessary technical skills in SQL and experience needed to perform the role.

  • You are well-informed about modern technology and have a curiosity and understanding to stay agile and open to new technological and disruptive developments and advancements.

  • Strong communication skills in written and verbal English as well as interpersonal skills.

  • Team player and capable of working independently and using initiative to troubleshoot issues.

  • Self-motivated and good attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
